Silver Moon Inn

The Silver Moon Inn reminds me of the first time I listened to the college dropout album, eye opening. From the friendly attentive staff to the clean and functional facilities 5 stars. My wife and I were here during December and the Staff had marshmallow roasting the night we stayed and in the morning as I write this I am greeted with santa and one of his elves as he accepts letters from the children staying in the Inn. This place dose it all and more and I appreciate iate every bit of christmas cheer and charm. This is a must stay right at the top of main street with easy access to all the shops and multiple dining options. Thank you Silver Moon Inn!

Great and picturesque spot to stay within easy walking distance of main street (2 minutes). We never bothered taking our car to shop or eat, as most places we wanted to go were within 10 minutes walking. Highlights: s’mores! This was the kids’ favorite part of their stay. Be prepared to eat way too many as you roast them at one of 4 fire pits. There’s also popcorn made fresh at 2pm! Service: Awesome! The inn allowed us to check in early (we arrived at 11am, and had just called to see if they’d be able to let us leave some of our luggage there while we went to RMNP). Granted it’s the off season, but this made the logistics of the day so much easier as we didn’t have to change into our snow gear in the car. We asked where we could rent some sleds, and it turned out they had a few available for us to borrow (just sign a waiver that you’re not going to sue them if you ride their sleds off the mountain or into a tree, etc…totally reasonable). Cereals, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast and bagels, skim milk, juice, and coffee/tea are available for breakfast. Parking: one spot per room available in their dedicated lot, but there are ample free parking lots within walking distance. We’ll 100% stay here again for any future visits.

I recently stayed at Silver Moon Inn and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way, which really made the stay stand out. The hotel itself is so cute and charming, with an unbeatable location just a short walk from Downtown Estes Park. I’ve stayed a couple of times in Estes Park before, and I can honestly say this hotel far outdid the others. The only small downfall is that the room could use some remodeling and updates, but that also seems to come with the rustic vibe they’re going for, which many people will appreciate. Overall, Silver Moon Inn is a great place to stay and I would absolutely choose it again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Silver Moon Inn, and the room rate is very reasonable! The location is within walking distance from the main street and shops, the room was clean and cozy, and having the creek right outside our balcony was a beautiful view! The wi-fi was a bit spotty at times. The people at the front desk were very helpful, and the free popcorn and s'mores was a nice addition. We will definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in Estes Park!

This place is great. For the price you pay you get plenty. The view is pretty, especially with the river flowing out front. The beds & room temperature were comfortable & it was a good nights rest. Breakfast included hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, bagels, toast, coffee, tea, pastries & cereal. They also give out grab & go snacks for driving/traveling. Staff was so nice & this is my second stay here. Highly recommend! Also! Don’t forget to roast complimentary smores out by the fire pit!

Wow what a great place. The rooms were exactly what was needed. above all, Bella, at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us with our room. She fixed an error quickly and made our family feel welcome and offered Smores to our child as the frozen creek passed by the fire. Amazing! Def stay here!

A truly wonderful experience staying at the Silver Moon Inn. The location is amazing—you are mere steps away from all the downtown shops and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and easily one of the nicest I’ve seen in Estes Park. Our room featured a wood-burning fireplace, which is a rare find unless you are renting a private cabin or home. All the rooms include outdoor seating where you can enjoy the river, and there are many other spots throughout the property to sit and take in the scenery. Although we didn't partake this time due to our schedule, they also offer s'mores at their fire pits in the evening. The room itself was large and functional, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and the bathroom and shower area were very nice. The staff is friendly, and they offer a good selection of breakfast items in the morning. This has officially become our new favorite place to stay when we visit Estes Park!

My wife and I made a quick trip to Estes Park just after Thanksgiving and booked a room at the Silver Moon mainly due to good reviews and the proximity to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending a few choices for restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The Inn was beautifully decorated for Christmas and it really added to the overall charm. We would definitely stay there again.
